Cold Indications

Haematomas, Sprains, Injuries, Hyperthermia and whenever cold
application is required.

Instruction for Use
FREEZER : Put the gelatine bag in the freezer for at least 2 hrs. Take it out
& put it in the pouch or wrap it up in a cloth and apply when required on the
affected area.
Hot Indications

Lumbago, Stiff neck, Rheumatism, Hypothermia and whenever
hot application is required.

Instruction for Use
HOT WATER : Immerse the gelatine bag in the boiling water for max 5
mins. Take out, wipe it and then place it into the pouch or wrap it up in a
cloth and apply when required on the affected area.
MICROWAVE OVEN : Put the gelatine bag in the microwave oven for max
1 min at 650 W. Take it out and place it into the pouch or wrap it up in a cloth
and apply when required on the affected area.
